Regular Meeting Notice: June 9, 2026, 5:30 p.m.

The Delaware County Public Defender Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on June 9, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. EDT.  Members of the public may attend either in person at the Public Defender’s Office, 109 N. Sandusky St., Delaware, OH 43015, or virtually through the following link:

Purpose of the Meeting: The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the regular quarterly meeting of the Commission.  The Commission’s Agenda is below:

  1. Welcome New PD Commission Member, D.G. Edgerton
  2. Approve Minutes from March 17, 2025, Meeting
  3. Budget Update
  4. Old Business
  5. New Business
  6. Adjourn into Executive Session for the purpose of public employee compensation and other personnel matters.

Regular meetings of the Public Defender Commission are scheduled quarterly on Tuesday’s at 5:30pm.  The scheduled dates for 2026 are as follows: March 17, June 9, September 22 and December 1. Any questions may be directed to the Public Defender’s Office by calling 740-833-2780.
