Regular Meeting Notice: December 9, 2025, 5:30 p.m.

The Delaware County Public Defender Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on December 9, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. EDT.  Members of the public may attend either in person at the Public Defender’s Office, 109 N. Sandusky St., Delaware, OH 43015, or virtually through the following link:

Purpose of the Meeting: The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the regular quarterly meeting of the Commission.  The Commission’s Agenda is below:

  2. Approve Minutes from October 1, 2025, Special Meeting
  3. Budget Update
  4. Old Business
  5. New Business
    1. 2026 Meeting Dates
  6. Vote on PD Commission Roles
  7. Adjourn into Executive Session for the purpose of public employee compensation and other personnel matters.

Regular meetings of the Public Defender Commission are scheduled quarterly on Tuesday’s at 5:30pm.  The scheduled dates for 2025 are as follows: March 11th (Special Meeting- rescheduled Regular Meeting for general purposes & open house), June 17th, September 16th and December 9th.
