Apply to Be on the Assigned Counsel List

Thank you for your interest in joining the Delaware County Appointed Counsel List. Below are the requirements pursuant to Local Rule 51.01(B):

1. Licensed to practice law in Ohio;
2. Good standing with the Supreme Court of Ohio;
3. Either (a) maintain an office in Delaware County or (b) has arranged to meet with clients at a law office located in Delaware County and lives in the county;
4. Maintains professional liability insurance as required by the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct.
